Schedule Through the Patient Portal

We know waiting can be a hassle, especially when you aren’t feeling well. We’re happy to announce that existing patients of Iredell Health System can now use their patient portal account to schedule an appointment with Iredell Urgent Care.

How? Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to your Iredell Health System patient portal (click here to be automatically directed to the login page).
  2. From the home screen, click on the Menu.
  3. Select “Appointments.”
  4. Select “Schedule a New Appointment.”
  5. When choosing a reason for your visit, select “Visit Reason” and then choose “Office Visit.”
  6. A list of locations will appear. Find “IPN Iredell Urgent Care Mooresville” and select “View All Appointments.”
  7. Find the appointment time that works for you and click “Select.”
  8. Complete the information on the next screen and click “Schedule Appointment.”
  9. Please arrive at Iredell Urgent Care approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. When you arrive, let the check-in desk know you scheduled an appointment online.

Are you an existing patient who doesn't have a portal account?

If you know the email address you have on file with Iredell Health System, or you have your Medical Record Number (MRN), you can self enroll. If you don't have access to either, request a portal invitation at IredellHealth.org.
